Can anyone see where I live?+
No. We store an approximate area only and never show anything tighter than "about 3 miles away" to another parent — with no compass direction inside that 3-mile floor. No pin on a map, no street, no postcode.
Who can message me?+
Only verified parents you've mutually accepted a connection with. Messaging stays locked until both sides say yes, and either side can end it at any time.
How should I arrange meetups?+
Meet only in public places — never at a private home. Choose group settings where possible, bring another adult if you can, and make sure children stay with a parent or carer. Never share your home address, postcode, or your child's school, clubs or regular locations. SameAcres is a safe community for parents to connect, but you are still the best judge of what feels right for your family. Leave immediately if anything feels off.
What happens when I report someone?+
The account is reviewed by our team, contact is paused immediately for you, and you can also block to cut off contact both ways in one tap.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. Deleting your account removes your profile, location area, messages, and connections from SameAcres.
